Walking Further Into. 

      I walk in the Valley of the lost child,
        This child looks around
                 but never finds that which she was promised,
                I walk the fields looking for her,

                Her heart beats loudly,

        Just wanting her prince someone to take her away,

              To a new place,
             A little peace...
            Just one more day..

     I see the lost child appear then fade away.
      Looking for her brighter days.
       One more moment free as the grass or a planted seed,
                But still she is lost,

                Ever so lost,

                In the valley of the lost child.
            Sadly...
              Ever so sadly,

                I must move on.
                More valleys ahead...
